Kleaning Kirsty's style gives you more control more choice and keeps the cost down so everyone can afford a helping hand if they need it.
I use your equipment mops buckets brooms vacuums etc and you can choose and supply your own products for further discount. (except windows I supply window cleaning products every time. )
I supply rags,cloths,towels if you don't have old ones or happy to use yours up to you.
I can also supply products if you have no preference.
You give me a list of your priorities and I will negotiate with you what I can do to maximize my time in your home.
You don't have to have a full clean you can pick and choose it's all up to you it's your home your the boss!!!!!!!
I charge by job not by hour so if I say I'm cleaning your house and I quote you and it takes me 6 hours so be it!!!!! Meaning you get a clean house not HALF a CLEAN HOUSE BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY AFFORD SO MANY HOURS.
I'M ALSO HAPPY TO WORK ALONGSIDE YOU IF YOU HAVE A LARGE JOB TO DO LIKE BOND CLEAN, HOUSE INSPECTION FREAK OUT,MOTHER IN LAW COMING TO TOWN etc :O.
Just pm me for a quote if you anticipate that it is more work than an average clean (Mopping vacuuming linen change kitchen bathroom) ,please supply pics so I can try to give you the most accurate quote,this eliminates any confusion or disappointment upon arrival.
Please state clearly if you have an aversion to bleach as I use it nearly every time but can certainly work without it.(except in mold cases) Service areas Beenleigh,Eagleby,Mt Warren,Windaroo, Holmveiw ,Bethania, Edens Landing,most of Logan and limited Gold Coast areas Ipswich coming soon!!!
PRICE LIST AND INCLUSIONS
I/we use clients equipment such as mops buckets hoses ladders,vacuum cleaners etc as I generally travel buy public transport.
I can supply products cleaners etc unless you have preferences allergies then I request the client provide at own expense.I use Bleach based products if you have an aversion to bleach for whatever reason please state at time of booking and we will find a solution for you.I will at no time carry bleach over your carpets or furniture.
extra charges will apply if you are not in my listed service areas.
If you have ordered a Standard Klean I/We ask that you have your home as tidy and clutter free as possible to allow me/us to concentrate on what you have paid for :)

Fully Tiled or hard floored Houses that require full mopping will incur minimum $22 V.I.K Non V.I.K $33 extra Charge

Linen changed in all rooms
Kitchen cupboards and benches wiped floors mopped
Bathroom tub,shower glass tiles toilet scrubbed vanity
Mirrors cleaned floors mopped Linen changed (towels and mats) Toilet paper refilled (customer supplies)

Will do a basket or 2 of folding and hanging if required.
($16.50 inc gst per extra bedroom)

Standard house cleans are not timed they are done until everything included is done.This to ensure the best quality and customer satisfaction.
2 Hour package $55
3 Hour Packages $77
Client leaves a list when all tasks are completed we clean anything else we see needs doing until we have given you 3 honest hours work.
4 Hour packages $99

Every extra hour $20 + $2 Gst
Things you might request in hourly packages ,cupboard Kleanouts,Walls,Wardrobe Organizing,Dusting & washing loads of ornaments,dishes, just ask theres not much we won't Klean.
Washing Hanging Drying laundry $4 per load (does not include folding and put away as it may be hung just before leaving your home so removal and put away isn't practical.)

Cat litter changed (customer provides litter) $5.50

Kirsty's Kleaning reserves the right to refuse to clean or continue to clean if any of the following items are found Human waste (feces in particular)
Sharps of any kind(syringes used diabetic lances etc)
You will be charged by the hour and we will leave!!!! and possibly never return.If you have a child or care for someone with disabilities and this is a likely occurrence be up front and I will work with you no problem :)
Children's wet beds will be changed by special arrangement and prior consult with parents.
ZERO tolerance for illegal drug related needles we will never return EVER!!
I am very easy going always be honest with me and I will help wherever I can!!!!!!
